|Recommended: YesI was first time renter, super happy I found this place, reasonable rent price, love thay there is assigned parking and laundry on site. — Its great living here, staff is super helpful and kind. I currently live in a 1 bedroom and bath, patio is super spacious, as well as the kitchen which is a must if you love cooking at home.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Management Staff is kind, courteous and extremely helpful. The Management works hard keeping areas painted, carpets clean and grounds kept nice. Parking is secured and gated with 24 hour security checks. Great Place to Live.

|Recommended: YesApartments are very maintained — Aside from few rude neighbors and scarcity of security to the apartments, it's a pretty decent and very emaculantly clean apartment complex for the price. Well maintained. It's the few rude, childish and petty neighbors who live here, and few who often let their pets pee where main walkway is or trash the apartments being lazy and not picking up after themselves. Maintenance and groundskeepers are awesome, management is awesome. Awesome place to live.
