|Recommended: YesOffice Staff — It's an amazing environment to live in Alessandra and Jordan have alot to do with it. They both are amazing,very professional and inviting, was not that hard to decide on this complex after meeting them. Alessandra and Jordan are very quick to meet our needs in our unit when needed.Freddie from maintainance is quick and efficient in fixing everything that is wrong, his customer service is excellent Very reliable and explains everything that has been done to your place. Alessandra is just wonderful my kids and I are always looking forward to seeing her in the office. Jordan is also wonderful always saying hi to us and asking if everything is running smoothly in our unit. We love this complex because they just make it that much more pleasant to live here. I wanted to point out the amazing team you have running this complex, thank you for putting this great team together

Pros
The newly upgraded apartment we moved into is amazing. There's only carpet in the bedrooms, I love the vinyl floors, spacious, love that we have a tub for the kids and a shower in the master without a tub. In our last 2 apartments we had issues with bugs and pluming like, they turned our water off every other week for pluming issues at the last 2 apartments it was awful . I've found 1 spider and have had zero issues with pluming the water is nice and hot too . Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues, the office staff is down to earth and not fake friendly like most apartment management is. Landscaping is gorgeous, lawn is always cut, trash picked up and it just looks great. I love living in a gated community, makes you feel a bit safer since you have to have a clicker to get through the gate. Pet friendly is always a plus as well. Our apartment is so cozy, we love it here so much.
Cons
I guess if you had quiet neighbors you'd be ok, but ours are not quiet. They like to turn their TV on loud and you can hear them talking through the wall. Luckily it's less noticeable in the kids bedroom and you mostly hear it in the guest bath and dining room. We have an assigned parking spot, but if we have people over, street parking is non existent after 3pm. Also, our patio is on 4th Avenue and that street is ALWAYS busy with cars so its pretty loud. Leaving windows open at night isn't an option because you never know when a loud motorcycle, car or ambulance will come charging down the hill here comes an ambulance now lol . The ONLY things I can really complain about is the fact that they painted with cheap paint and its been peeling off the walls.The kitchen is small but has ample counterspace and the cabinets in the kitchen are cheaply made were not replaced during the remodel and are painted white so you can see every little thing that gets on them.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this complex. We love it here

|Recommended: YesThe outside is nice — The staff and the outside of the apartment are very nice, but at least once a week I have someone that does not live here park in my parking spot that is assigned to me.

|Recommended: YesIt's really nice to live here. — The area is pretty close to stores so it's convenient for both residents who own cars and don't. But, the dogs in the street leave poop on the grass that brings a foul smell in our patio. I hope they can take care of that. Nevertheless, the manager and the maintenance technician attends to our needs and communicate in a polite way which is good.
